Your Web Ticket

Once you have booked your tickets you will be taken to a page where your web ticket will be displayed for you to print off. You should also receive an automated copy of your web ticket via email.

I don't have a printer:

If you don't have a printer we suggest you make a note of your HaHa reference number and bring this along to the venue on the night. You will also need to bring some ID. Alternatively, you may use a smartphone such as an iPhone and show the web ticket screen to the box office staff.

I don't have my HaHa reference number:

If, for what ever reason, you didn't make a note of your HaHa ref number and you didn't receive the automated e-ticket, you'll need to contact us to resend your reference number. You will need your reference number to be admitted to the venue.

Please email admin@thecomedybox.co.uk and inform us of the show date, your name and the quantity of tickets. We will send you your reference number then return to this page and follow the instructions below to retrieve your web ticket.

Sometimes an email provider will block our emails which means you won't have received your web ticket. If this is the case then you won't receive your web ticket even if you try resending it to yourself. In these circumstances you will either have to print the ticket from the screen or make a note of the reference number. Or you can save the ticket to your Favourites (Bookmarking) once you see the ticket on the screen. But you will only be able to save the ticket on the computer (or phone) you used to book the tickets.

Retrieving your web ticket:

To retrieve your ticket details, please input the boxes at the bottom of the page with the following:

  1. Your Email Address - The email address needs to be the same one you used when you ordered your tickets.
  2. HaHa Reference - This number is the one you are given when you first made your order and appears on Your Web Ticket on screen, eg. HaHa - 1234. Just input the digits.
